"There is nothing more important than the power of play;all the craftsmanship, all the personal processes, and all the work of sustaining a career are simply in service to the divine joy of free play."
I have been teaching and coaching for over a decade. I live in Los Angeles and work professionally as an actor in theatre, film, and television. I got an MFA from the American Conservatory Theatre and did PhD research at the California Institute of Integral Studies (funded by The Esalen Institute). Since then I have explored a distinct teaching approach that focuses on cultivating the extraordinary capacities that characterize great actors. I love the creative process of teaching , I and teach primarily through caring relationship to my students. I have taught at The American Conservatory Theatre, The Berkeley Repertory School of Theatre, Naropa University, and privately.
